After entering the world of modeling as a 12 year old, I learned what it meant to be a role model, brand ambassador, and spokesmodel while working for brands like Pantene, Pert, and others. Knowing how to make a lasting impression through personality and appearance were key to my success. Around the same time, I started my pageant career where I learned more about managing my presence on and off the stage. Competing taught me a lot about myself and helped me grow more confident in myself and my speaking abilities. These experiences prepared me to become a woman working in training and communication - as a tv producer for the top 3 shows in the local market, as a technical communicator, a business analyst, and as an instructional designer at 2 Fortune 500 companies during my career. I’ve worked to develop myself and others with skills in Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Personal Branding/Brand Management, Public Speaking, Change Management, and Customer Service for over 2 decades.

Mission

I believe that strong men and women are our future and it’s up to us to empower them with knowledge, skills, and the self-confidence they need to be tomorrow’s leaders. I’ve been that woman who was torn down by the world of negativity - I lost myself and my self-confidence. Thankfully, I had the right support system to remind me that I am a leading lady and to fight back as a stronger, better version of myself. This is why I believe that every person needs a mentor and coach. And as that mentor and coach, I am able to evaluate each individual and help them realize their own self-worth, recognize and foster their abilities, build new skills, and techniques, become a partner in accountability, and help each individual harness the potential of their dreams. My goal is to help enable each individual to achieve their own greatness and success - in their own time - by reinforcing positive mindsets, connecting them to the tools, resources, skills, experiences, and support they need to achieve their defining moment as a leader.
